FN Minimi Para - Light Machine Gun (LMG)

Packing heavy firepower into a compact package, the 5.56 mm FN Minimi Para light machine gun gives a small SBS patrol the additional wallop it needs to repel an ambush or press home an attack. The Minimi can lay down fire at 725 rounds per minute. The para version of the weapon, with its telescopic stock is a favourite among special operations forces. The Minimi Para is often fitted with theCommon Weapon Sight (CWS),a day/night scope. The Minimi is usualy belt-fed from 200-round boxes. Standard 20/25/30-round STANAG magazines can also be used.
