SBS Photos - JDAM Aftermath

2 Special Boat Service (SBS) men emerge, covered with dust, from a building hit by a 2000lb JDAM bomb during operatons at Qala-I-Janghi, Afghanistan, 2001. The JDAM was supposed to hit the part of the fort controlled by Taleban forces but, for reasons unknown, it impacted instead on a tower full of Northern Alliance troops, US Special Forces and men from the SBS.
